Ex ferulic acid natural vanillin produced by enzymatic reaction

Amcan Ingredients invites you to discover Naturalin : natural vanillin obtained by a biotransformation process (substrate : ferulic acid). It is pure in more than 99% and presents a dominant vanilla note accompanied with milky and almondy notes.
The Naturallin is not to be considered as a substitute of vanilla pod, but as an alternative to keep the natural label on the finish product. This natural flavour (according to the regulation CE 1334/2008) guarantees natual raw material and process.
The biotechnological natural vanillin has an intermediate price between the natural vanillin extracted from vanilla pods and the synthetic vanilla. Besides, it answers to the requests for natural products from the consumers and to the cost constraints of the food industries and flavour houses. |
