Liquid smokes for drenching / dipping
The drenching/dipping processes are both fast and cost saving methods. They require either the use of a special drencher (especially in the case of sausages – Frankfurt type) either a manual work by dipping in a mix of water and liquid smoke. The liquid smokes associated with the 2 previously mentioned processes are water soluble which explains a perfect dilution with water before their use.
