Liquid smokes for direct incorporation
The direct incorporation consists in bringing a smoke flavour to meat doughs, mix, spices mix, Flavours mix, brines or any other preparations, otherwise han by the common applications (atomization or drenching/dipping). The smoke products recommended for direct incorporation do not provide coloration when they are used. This process needs the use of bowl cutters, injectors or tumblers in order to diffuse the Smoke flavours into the product to flavour.
