The references for atomisation

Atomisation is the closest method or processs to traditional smoking. The liquid smoke is atomised in the smoking room by nozzles. During the production of our liquid smokes, they are filtered several times to get a maximum purity and to reduce the tars and other residues contents.


Atomisation has many advantages :

- Reduction of the duration of the smoking cycles : shorter cycles due to composition and characteristics of the liquid smoke (carbonyls, phenols, acidity, etc.)

- Reproducible results : no differences of coloring according to the seasons, very good keeping of color and regular taste

- Security and hygiene of the facility : no risk of fire hazards due to combustion, possible reduction of insurance costs, no tar deposited, easy storage, etc.
