Amcasun AS 100 - Anti caking agent / coating agent
The Amcasun AS 100 is a 100 % vegetable sunflower oil (not lauric),without anti-oxidizer nor additives but with a higher stability than the other classical vegetable oils. Moreover, it is HOF (Hydrogenated Oil Free), guaranteed without trans fatty acids and rich in natural tocopherols.
To physically stabilise powders and fine particles, it is necessary to give them weight. Experience has shown that the Amcasun AS 100, with its physicochemical properties, can be a solution to these problems and can even imprved the properties of the treated product : longer shelf life, and free flowing. its melting point and specific viscosity allow a stable coating of powders and fine particles.
